Free State CET College Profile
The Free State Community Education and Training College was established by the Minister of Higher Education and Training in 2015 in terms of the Continuing Education and Training Act 16 of 2006. The College has absorbed the former 204 Public Adult Learning Centers in the Free State Province. These are now called Community Learning Centres (CLCs) and Satellite Learning Centers (SLCs).
Community Learning Centres and Satellite Centers are spread in all towns in the Free State Province. There are 15 Community Learning Centres and 171 Satellite Centers serving as learning sites distributed as follows per district:

Community Learning Centers and Satellite Centers provides tuition depending on the needs of the community in the following programmes:
- Adult Education and Training (AET) Sub-Level 1-3
- General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) AET Level 4
- Senior Certificate
- Occupational Qualification
- Non-Formal Programmes
The Free State CET College head office is situated at Spitskop Building, 86 Kellner Street, Westdene, Bloemfontein, 9301. Head office provides Administrative and Management Support to Community Learning and Satellite Centers.
